How does it work?

This site hosts various real estate properties located in Sochi, mainly in Krasnaya Polyana. The properties are in different statuses – from idea or construction, to finishing or operation.

Depending on the status of the property, the owner’s representative offer favorable conditions or other packages in exchange for financial support for the project.

This is similar to early booking discounts. Only even earlier. It is beneficial for both you and the owner.

What happens if the project does not collect funds?

At this stage, we plan to publish only small properties for which the owners already have funds to complete construction on their own.

If the project does not collect all the desired funds on the site, it will still be brought to readiness, if you supported the project – you will still receive accommodation with discount proportional to your support.

If the project is canceled, you can get a full refund on an individual basis, in one of the ways agreed with you.

How does the transaction work?

Payment is made through one of the connected payment methods. To make a payment, the system will ask you to register and confirm your email address. If the payment is successful, the conditions you have selected will be displayed in the list of purchases in your profile on the website, and a notification with the purchase details and a payment receipt will be sent to your email.

How to book the desired dates?

There is a calendar on the property page, through which you can make a booking. The choice of dates may be limited.

• If the property is under construction, you will be able to select dates for booking no earlier than those specified by the owner of the property.

• If other users have already made a booking, some dates will not be available for booking.
